This amazing Victorian home was for sale right in my neighborhood in Brooklyn. I was in love with it but alas since I didn't have the $2.5 million they were asking to buy it I had to let it go. It sold for $1.7 million and they seem to be renovating it. I wonder who the lucky person is or developer. Sure hope they do something nice with and don't destroy this rare NY find.
